Amenities, pet friendly, clean and a great value. Liked: Pet friendly! And very clean, fridge, and microwave were very important in deciding to stay here. Disliked: Room was a bit small. The pet fee was a bit high.

Was a good stay overall, but the bathroom needed some maintenance. Liked: clean room, comfortable enough bed, location was good, overall was a good experience. Disliked: Shower was stuck partially on, and the bathtub would not plug the drain when lifting the handle, so taking a bath was not possible

Great value for a lovely, clean, fresh room Liked: Newly refurbished, attentive owners, easy to navigate location, plenty of towels (amazing how often that’s not the case), even a box of tissues! Disliked: Tiny flaws (a little smudge, a mark on a wall, no big deal at all)

Not worth $300 but if it’s your only option, it will do Liked: Close to cannery row and other Monterey attractions Disliked: Definitely outdated and needs work. The bedding was smudged with brown stuff , the floors were peeling (chipped), baseboards were super dirty, the door had a gap all around it

Disliked: Difficult time with the door lock. Toilet ran on and off the entire night. I reserved for two nights and checked out after one because I unexpectedly had to be in another location. No attempt to credit me back for the night I didn't stay

Horrible Disliked: Broken coffees maker, patio door had no handle and did shut all the way, shower had no pressure, fridge and was warm, bed uncomfortable, toilet over flooded and the heater would not turn on.
