Uncomfortable seating to watch TV was the negative point. Liked: Breakfast was good Disliked: The pullout couch in the room was not comfortable to sit and watch TV. Why do hotels overlook the need for comfortable seating in the room. Recliners would be appreciated.

Very satisfied. Would stay here... Liked: The elderly gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally nice and informative. Knew all about the hospital I was going to. Its a beautiful area.

Enjoyed it. Liked: Great breakfast. Disliked: Had the smallest ironing board and on top of that the iron leaked. Got a better one. Lucked out that another family member was staying at the hotel and they had a normal size ironing board.

I would stay here again. The cleaning staff were amazing. Liked: Breakfast was great!!!! Location worked well with my daughter's appointments. Disliked: The patio. No one could figure out the fire pit and the hanging lights had no bulbs and wires were hanging out.

Good location. Needs updating. Terrible... Liked: Location across street from hospital. Disliked: Paid over 170.00 for one night stay. Left the hospital and didn't feel well enough to travel 5 hours home. They said I could get the hospital rate?
