Very good Liked: The location. It had a nice bar area. Disliked: It took us 4 times to get into our room. Once we got in, the ac was not working to our standard. The front desk was extremely helpful in getting us comfortable.

Passable Liked: Location Disliked: It wasn't and executive level anymore for this hotel, with no special amenities that showed online for free continal breakfast. I upgraded for nothing. Room hot and fridge door wouldn't close, which I reported twice and no one showed up to fix

We call this hotel home when we visit Raleigh. The breakfast is fantastic. Great variety of food to choose from. All the waitress gave super services. We observed great team work including the manager helping out replacing the food items at the buffet. Also, we had the opportunity to meet the chef.

Nothing, I got moved to three different rooms. The first room had blood stain cover, second room the heat was not working on the coolest night this year. By the time I got to the third room, I was exhausted, and I had to go to work the following day .
