Liked: Love the location downtown near lots of restaurants and enjoy the full free breakfast. The rooms are very spacious as well. Disliked: There is not hot tub. Our TV cable also was not working.

Liked: The room was large and well equipped. Disliked: Having to pay for parking in such a small city was unexpected. My room was a corner room and because of the door to the adjoining room I could hear the door of the adjoining room every time it opened and closed.

I regret booking this hotel,... Disliked: The staff charged me with several erroneous charges. When I tried to address this I got the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a Marriott. It ruined the trip and I wish I had never stayed there.

The room was the best value for the quality and size of the room Ive ever experienced definitely booking again in the future. A staff member found me struggling to find the outdoor patio and gladly lead me to my destination with a smile the whole way, great service and a very comfortable setting.

Very nice hotel that is located in the heart of beautiful downtown Missoula. I love that you can literally walk through the hotel and shops abound. It was super clean, the room was modern with a nice kitchenette, and they had the best breakfast.
