Liked: Bill, on the night staff, always goes above and beyond. I arrived past midnight after a long flight and he cheerfully went into the kitchen and filled my mug with hot water. Disliked: NA

Bad Liked: The only read we went there was for the indoor water park and the boiler for the pool and hot tub was broken. Everything was freezing cold. Breakfast was not good and upstairs neighbors were extremely load.

Good stay for the cost. Liked: Clean, good location. The pool was a hit for the kids! Staff was wonderful, very helpful and kind! It was quiet. Disliked: The AC in the room hardly worked, it was very hot in the room during the night. The breakfast was mid.

Not worth the money, treated... Disliked: The staff was rude and judgemental. Treated me like I was a bother just for asking for pool wristbands for my kids. Pool staff was rude to my kids when they weren't doing anything wrong. The slides aren't fun when you have someone screaming at you constantly

Disliked: I was charged $10 a night for parking in the parking lot! Ridiculous! The front desk staff was rude when we checked in! Pool staff played in their phones instead of watching swimmers. Over all I will not stay there again. And would have left when I was checking in had it not been paid for

Fun stay with the water... Liked: The breakfast was healthy and so many great options! The pool and slides were a really fun part of our stay. I would recommend this and stay again if I'm ever in Missoula again.

During our stay this hotel was in the middle of a substantial renovation. While our room had been completed, the rest of the hotel was totally under construction.
