Liked: Great customer service! Very friendly and quick to help! Breakfast was delicious! Room was perfect. Disliked: Pool was too cold, but when mentioned to the front desk, immediately went to check the heater and made adjustments and told us to come back in a couple hours that it would be better.

Liked: It had beds. Disliked: Checked in and was given keys to a room that was trashed and had not been cleaned. Got a different room. Next morning went to my truck to come back to my room that they already checked me out of at 6 a.m. So I was locked out and had to get my card re-done

Liked: The room was nice and hotel employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Disliked: One of the primary reasons I booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool which was ice cold. Also the mattress definitely was worn with a black hole that sucked everything to the middle of the bed.
