Disliked: When we arrived to check in at 5:15pm our room was not ready due to a pipe bursting. I understood things happen, but a phone call to let us know what was going on would have been nice.

The stay was not what we expected for this type of hotel Liked: The bed and the fact it was in a busy area Disliked: The price wasn’t great, we managed to find a better hotel for cheaper. One of the cleaning staff was in the bathroom of our room and gagging like it was good to mock.

Liked: Great location. Beautiful hotel. Bagel and coffee shop in lobby and rooftop bar. Room was very clean and spacious. Pay for valet or use the public parking (free on weekends) just a block away. Zero complaints!

Exceptional Liked: Our stay was quite enjoyable. We liked the breakfast every morning and coffee shop in the loby. The location let us walk to many places and when we needed to drive, the valet service was quick to get our car. The hotel was clean, safe, and staff was friendly.
