We were supposed to be somewhere at 430 , so we did not make it on time. Liked: It was nice Disliked: We had to wait till 4 pm to check in because the room was not ready for a 3pm check in.

Over all, the hotel was well maintained, but the chaos to check in made for several annoyed guests. Liked: The hotel was convenient. It was clean and appeared to have been updated recently. There was a bar and an indoor pool. Large shower in the bathroom and NO carpet in the room. Disliked: Check in

Could use better housekeeping but great location Liked: Great location and friendly staff. Disliked: Housekeeping was lacking. We stayed for four nights and never had our room cleaned. And we were out plenty. Had to ask for clean towels and soap dispensers were empty.

We came to see Journey, but the hotel stay was better than the band. Liked: My room was incredible and comfortable. Disliked: The only negative and it is nothing, the parking lot is too small, so overflow parking is like 2 blocks away. Not a big deal.

Nice place but will rethink it next time. Liked: Clean and good location. Disliked: Check in was 3pm. We arrived at 3:15 and were told the room was not ready. After two hours (5:15pm) we got our room. For a one night visit it screwed up mine and my wife’s concert.

Would not stay again. Liked: The room got dark. The beds were comfortable. Disliked: The breakfast was not refilled in a timely manner. There were not enough washcloths. Room had not been properly cleaned. Old dirty sheets were on the pull out sofa. No microwave in the room.

Convenient Location. Loved having the ability to park my own car and get to it when I wanted, even if you had to pay for parking. I loved the bar option and outdoor space to sit.
