Disliked: Wi-Fi didnt work in my room. I called front desk and it took forever for someone to answer. He said “what do you want me to do about it? I don’t have backup WiFi” an eventually said he’d send someone and never did. Insane for $---/night

Good Liked: Exceptional customer service, cleanliness, and comfort of bed, pillows. Etc Disliked: No way to order food if you didn't want to leave the room. Very small rooms leaving bathroom super tiny. The room I had was great for one person. Kinda tight for 2.

Convenience of the hotel was... Liked: Loved the central location to everything I had planned for my wife on our 18th anniversary! We were able to walk to everything and within reason! Furthest thing away only took 10 minutes to walk to! Disliked: Parking was a nightmare, although I fully understand
