Bad Disliked: Not safety. Management cover up the fire alarm themselves, then later accuse the client of doing it. It’s unsafe—what if something happens?

They need to inspect the... Liked: Location, comfortable quiet rooms Disliked: Inside the room was dirty housekeeping not cleaning shower & floors were gross lots of hairs yuck! Didn’t sleep well wondering about the pillows, sheets. Walking around in room my feet were black.

When I arrived, it was... Liked: There was in fact a bed Disliked: It was dirty, it was very busy and loud, and the staff lied to me about switching to another room when they had more of the same rooms listed online.

Poor Liked: It’s close to liquor stores Disliked: The evening staff was really rude, she was giving attitude. Once we entered the room it smelled like old. The bathroom towels had black stains. The bed was very uncomfortable makes loud noises when you about to sit down are lay down.

 Liked: This Inn was perfect for us and we traveled with a two year-old. It was clean, accommodating and comfortable. The staff were so nice. Everyone I encountered and I encountered a lot of them will be booking this place every time I go back.

Good price but more room... Liked: Affordable rate, clean, room has refrigerator, microwave is accessible at from office and free parking. Disliked: Room is quite small, only one chair is quite inconvenient, all towels are in poor conditions but clean, it will be better if there are hooks on door or

Just right for a place... Liked: Close to the venue for a wedding we were attending. Room was just right for a king size bed. Disliked: No elevator but they did have rooms on first floor for those that have difficulties climbing stairs. They were gracious enough to grant an hour earlier check in.

Pretty poor Disliked: The most expensive motel I have ever stayed in. I guess in Santa Barbara price gouging is the normal. The hotel is pretty bad but charged over $350 per night.
