Friendly and courteous staff, clean facility Liked: Very friendly and courteous staff. From the front desk, to the maintenance crew to hospitality staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous, never expected it to be this way. The facility was very clean also.

Exceeded all expectations Liked: Staff was super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Wi-fi was easily accessible and worked well. Breakfast was a hit for the kids! We travel often for baseball and this was our best experience in Bossier by far. Just book already!

They wont refund you your... Liked: Honestly nothing. Disliked: It was DIRTY!!!! They were sold out that day, but it was super dirty. Hairs everywhere, the carpet wasn't vacuum, we couldn't move to another hotel, everything in the area was sold out. Also the incidental fee has not been refunded. And
