I didn’t stay at the Star. No one let me in the building even though the ‘open’ sign was showing Liked: I didn’t stay there because the doors were locked. It’s the most horrible looking and ragged place on the outside that I have seen on the beautiful Gulf Coast. I am happy I was locked out because

I do not recommend this... Liked: They only good thing about this room was the price Disliked: Staff were super rude, checkout time is 11 they was beating on my door at 10:49 to “get out”. The room smelled old and moldy, beds are hard.

We have stayed here many times over the years and this was our absolute last time to book this property.

Mold in the bathroom. Room was dirty. Room smelled like smoke and mold. Shower surged hot and cold on every setting. Paid for 2 days only stayed one.

I didn’t stay there I hope to get my money back.
