Narphu Valley Trek -17 Days

1 / 6

Overview

Narphu Valley Trek is recently build trekking trails is an exploration of the hidden valley that crosses through the demanding high passes of ‘Kang La’ and ‘Thorong La’. It’s an amazing journey into wild and unexplored areas on the north of Annapurna circuit.

Narphu Valley is spectacular regions of ethnically Tibetan inhabitants. This trek combines the remote villages, narrow canyons, forests, different rock formations, yaks, Gompas and unique Himalayan cultures.

The entrance is narrow and forested but above opens up to a huge expanse of high snow-peaks, ancient villages and high altitude settlements. Tilman first explored this region in 1950Bs. There is the restriction for the trekkers until late 2002, Very few westerners have explored this area.

We can venture into this remote region of upper Manang by staying at the winter settlement of Nar. Also, we visit one of the most non-visited and interesting regions in the Tibetan Buddhist world; where you feel really an extreme feeling.
