Very central location, a few minutes from San Marco Piazza. Very friendly and kind staff. Super clean, modern and comfy rooms. Gio restaurant lalso worth the visit.

Loved the outside space very unusual for Venice. The terrace to our room was exceptional with amazing views. The staff tried very hard to keep on top of things and were largely pleasant, though some stupid rules rather spoilt things once or twice. For example they couldn't fit us into the restaurant
