The staff at the hotel are super friendly, and helpful. We've got tons of interesting tips about visits, restaurants, etc... . The hotel is perfectly located at the centre of Venice and easily reachable by vaporetto (best exit Rialto). The rooms were squeaky clean.

It was very clean and Leonardo and the team are amazing. Beautiful welcome drink, good advice and recommendations for restaurants and they even arranged an earlier breakfast for us. Plus they changed our stay dates with only 2 days notice.

Lorenzo and his team were great. Very knowledgable and friendly. The location was perfect, a 2 minute walk from St Marks Square. The hotel is in a historic old building so please expect steps. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling as a couple.

Location was fantastic. Federico, Leonardo and hotel staff were very kind and attended to all my needs immediately. The room was clean and cozy. Highly recommended - if again in Venice I will chose this place again for sure.

The hotel is in a very central location. The staff are extremely helpful. Leonardo gave us great recommendations and really looked after us during the stay. Breakfast is great and in a lovely setting on the 2nd floor. Nice rooms and very clean.

Federico et Leonardo welcomed us in a very professional and kind manner and were very accommodating. The hotel is very well located, providing easy access to Piazza San Marco, Ponte di Rialto, ACTV stations, restaurants and souvenir shops. We will stay at this hotel again if we return to Venise.

Clean, comfortable, good location, great staff

Staff were so welcoming and gave me a few places to eat around the city which was really king. It was a 2 minute walk to san marco square which was ideal.

The staff were incredibly nice and very accommodating and great at communicating with us. If we had any questions they were always helpful. The rooms and general areas were very clean. Good water pressure and heat with the showers. Breakfast was pleasant although limited available options

We had the top floor with a view over the rooftops of Venice, and that was nice! Be prepared to carry some bags up the stairs since elevator doesn't go to the top. No problem if you are young. Very fresh bathroom and great AC made the hot summer stay great. Good location middle of the city. The host
