Everything, the staff made the place, friendly, accommodating and professional. Made us feel at home from the outset. Even the busy 7year old was treated like royalty. Punches above its price band.

Best view in Hong Kong. We stayed during the coronavirus event, and they took cleanliness very serious. Room service was also outstanding, although very pricey.

Very friendly staff, service is impeccable (e.g. they write down taxi number so in case you forget something they can still contact the taxi) great hotel and rooms with harbour view. Lobby bar has great view. Pool is closed but still small infinity pool open with deck chairs with nice view. Kowloon
